The second project from CHIJMES’ dining concept arm, Starworth Pte Ltd, comes in the form of Carnivore, a Brazilian Churrascaria. This restaurant opened its doors on 15 October 2004 , and promises an informal and fun dining-out experience. Located at in the heart of the city at CHIJMES, this is the only Churrascaria restaurant where diners can dine under the stars.

Churrascaria is Portuguese for barbecue. The atmosphere at Carnivore is fun, relaxed, simple and understated . Our knife-welding Passadors (meat waiters) come to your table and slice the meat from large skewers onto your plates. At Carnivore, the meats are marinated and cooked over fire till perfection. Our Brazilian chefs will pamper you with an array of meats – beef, pork, chicken, lamb and fish. A special selection of meats like crocodile, wild boar and ostrich is available during festive seasons.
